Are your employees up to par?

At Veterinary Technical Institute we have trained and educated highly qualified office managers, technicians, assistants and receptionists for over a decade. We are training experts!

There is a real need within clinics for a streamlined approach to staff training that would provide managers, technicians, assistants, and receptionists with effective instruction that would include the opportunity for application of the learned skills. Many clinics want to be able to train their staff with a results-oriented curriculum and training program at a reasonable cost. By using our comprehensive staff training program and progress assessment, this goal can be achieved.

TRAINING SESSIONS BY SERIES

Office Management Series

This training series for office management is structured sequentially to aid in the development of consistent and effective management techniques for the purpose of building a strong staff, clientele, and practice revenue.

Staff Training Series: Staff Compliance

This six-part training series is designed for all staff members to establish protocols and improve relations (staff-client, staff-staff, and staff-management/doctor). The objective of the series is to build staff member value, compliance, and practice support.

Staff Training Series: Animal Health Care for Receptionists & Assistants

Receptionists and assistants can each benefit with training provided in this Animal Health Care Series. The topics covered are meant to enhance comprehension of major animal health concepts and improve client communications.

Staff Training Series: Technicians

Technicians are required to perform with competency by demonstrating a strong knowledge base and applying appropriate hands-on skills. While clinic experience is fundamental to the training process, so is the learning of the concepts behind the tasks. This series focuses on expanding animal-health topic comprehension at the technician level.

Attention High School Career Academies...Learn how we can adapt our Staff Training Program to supplement your students' learning!

We believe that qualified technicians, assistants and receptionists can NOT merely learn skills, they also must have a solid foundation of core book knowledge to be properly effective in a veterinary setting. Our curriculum integrates concept training with hands-on application to provide a comprehensive training program.

Give your techs a challenge test to see how they do up against those who have taken our program. If they score below a 90% then they need more training. That is where we can help!

Train your staff on your own...
