Advanced Practice Management Forum
As part of VTI's goal to improve the overall success of veterinary practices nationwide and support veterinarians and veterinary staff with professional training and learning opportunities, the school has launched a Webinar series to provide a networking forum focusing on advanced practice management. These one-hour online lecture presentations with a follow-up 1/2-hour Q&A session are conducted by recognized leaders in the veterinary field who have achieved great success with their veterinary practices. These forums allow veterinarians and office managers the opportunity to learn from the best on how to build their practice to its unlimited potential.
Veterinary Practice Today is an online newsletter that contains articles geared at veterinary practice management strategies, tips, and building design. Every issue includes an interview with the Veterinary Practice Guru-of-the-month who will present the upcoming Webinar. Subscribe to Veterinary Practice Today for exclusive information on our valuable Webinars!
Seminars
Veterinary Technical Institute now offers professional, comprehensive seminars for veterinary technicians, receptionists, and office managers. These seminars provide working veterinary staff the opportunity to receive the advanced training needed to further develop important technical concepts and skills required in the field. Seminar participation is not only advantageous to veterinary staff, but it is also an important clinic building tool. A more efficient, educated staff improves client relations, animal health and welfare, and clinic revenue.
As increasing numbers of veterinary technicians, receptionists, and office managers enter the workfield, their continuing education can become difficult to achieve due to time constraints, geographics, or occupational demands. Thus, many of these working adults miss out on the opportunity to advance their career training and knowledge in the field. The alternative: the interactive online seminars offered by Veterinary Technical Institute.
VTI has designed a series of informative lectures which focus on key topics important for the advanced training of veterinary staff. A certificate is awarded for seminar participation to credit the student with the completion of advanced training hours.
